"A printed liver without animal suffering? That's possible!"
This is the title of the five-minute interview that Ramona Westphal conducted with Prof. Dr. Jens Kurreck, co-speaker of EC3R, for Deutschlandfunk Kultur on May 21, 2024.
And which leads directly to the center of highly innovative biotechnological research: Prof. Kurreck and his team from TU-Berlin have developed a method to generate a liver model using 3D printing without the use of animal products.
