    This third listening session of the “Complement Animal Research in Experimentation (Complement-ARIE)”, organized by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is focused on on U.S. government and international partners and will take place online on 30.10.2023 at 5:00 p.m..

     

    What is Complement-ARIE?

    The NIH is gathering input to inform a potential Common Fund research program called “Complement Animal Research in Experimentation (Complement-ARIE)” aimed at development, standardization, validation, and use of new approaches and methodologies (NAMs) that will more accurately model human biology, and that would complement, or in some cases replace, traditional animal models, transforming the way we do basic, translational, and clinical sciences.
