On 16.05.2023 from 2:35-3:00 p.m. Reyk Horland (TissUse GmbH) and Jens Kurreck (EC3R, TU Berlin) will speak at BIONNALE about "Lab-on-the-Chip and 3R - Transforming the way biomedical research will be done".
The challenges of transferability of animal experimental results to human application are undeniable. The "lab on a chip" - i.e. (microfluidic) systems with human cells, organoids or model organ systems open up the possibility of a better transfer of research results to the human organism and the reduction or even replacement of animal experiments.
