As part of the Berlin-Brandenburg research platform BB3R and in collaboration with the Freie Universität Berlin (FU Berlin) and the Berlin Einstein Center 3R (EC3R), the 3R online seminar series "Alternatives to animal use in research and education - Refine, Reduce & Replace" will take place again this year.
On 10.12.2026 at 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. the topic will be “Replacement”.
Prof. Dr. Benjamin Ineichen will give a lecture entitled “Bridging animal studies and regulatory approval: the role of systematic reviews in advancing replacement and refinement”.
Dr. Megan Jackson will speak on “The 3Hs Initiative: Handling, Housing and Habituation”.
