The workshop will bring together different experts from core facilities/organoid platforms, and scientists working with human organ models and sequencing data to present available tools, successful workflows, common pitfalls and to discuss individual workflows.
Workshop topics:
- state-of-the-art sequencing technologies and their wet lab conditions
- pipeline for characterization and quality control of iPSCs and organoids
- workflows for sequencing data analysis (bulk/single cell/spatial transcriptomics)
